I was very pleased with the service I got because the saleswoman, Sarah, not only knew all of her products well, she took the time to learn me--my wants, needs, and a medical condition I have--to get me exactly the right mattress I needed, and I even enjoyed the process. I am very satisfied with the buying process and looking forward to a newer, firmer mattress to help my back and get a good night's sleep.

I have now slept on the bed for nearly 3 weeks, and my back is better.
